Sneaky Christmas Dating

It’s only a couple of days until Christmas Day, the time of year where families are often brought together. When you aren’t getting much time on your own it will be difficult to make time for online dating, but we have a few sneaky ways for you to stay connected (if you want to of course), without upsetting your family.

Send a quick message

Send a ‘Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year’ message to everyone on your favorites list. This will only take a few minutes to do and is a great introduction, without having to think about what you are going to say. Just don’t sit by your phone expecting an instant response as your recipients might not log in to their account during the festive period.

Save a search

If you save your search parameters, it means that it is quicker to look for people each time that you log in to your account.

Another option is to look at the list of new members to see who has recently joined the website. If there’s nobody who takes your fancy just yet, then don’t despair, as the post Christmas and New Year period will be in thousands of new members.

These quick searches will mean that you sneak a look online when your relatives have a quick snooze.

Add a festive picture

If you have dressed up for a Christmas Eve drink, or for the Christmas Day itself, then you can ask someone to take a photo of you for your profile photo.
