Are You Neutral or Bold?
Sunday, July 31st, 2016
If you watch any TV programme about selling houses, you’ll know that choosing neutral colours is the way to go if you wish to attract a wide range of buyers.
However, when you look at lots of neutral coloured properties they can all start to blend into one.
You’re probably wondering what on earth this has to do with online dating, so I shall explain…
Neutral
Neutral paint colours are widely appealing because they are inoffensive and allow you to add a brighter colour or pattern at a later date if you wish to.
By the same theory, neutral people are also inoffensive and are unlikely to impose their views on others. Neutral people can fit in equally well with other neutral people, or with bold people.
If you are a neutral person don’t try to be something that you are not if you are trying to impress a bold person.
Bold
Bold people are more likely to stand out from the crowd than their neutral counterparts, but their colourful personalities can put people off. So if you have a bold personality it might mean that it will take you longer to find a match, but it is important to show your true nature so that you can meet someone who compliments your attributes.
Whether you are neutral, bold, or in between, the best thing to do is to show your true personality in your dating profile and when you are speaking to people.
