Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is dependent on whether your initial subscription, and any subsequent auto renewals, was taken directly on our website, or via App Store Operators on our app.

If you cancel your Subscription, then we use the following rules to determine the validity and amount of any refund:

For cancellations given within 14 days:

  • if you have not made any use of the Subscriber only functions, we will refund your subscription in full.
  • if you have made use of the Subscriber only functions, the refund entitlement will be the full amount minus a daily usage charge of £2.00 a day, multiplied by the number of days before cancellation.

For cancellations given after 14 days, no refunds are available.
