Moneywise: “Beware the Online Dating Scams”

Financial magazine Moneywise provided a helpful guide to protecting yourself from online dating scams and Muddy Matches was mentioned in the piece as an example of a popular niche dating website.
The article suggested that people should be suspicious of anyone who asks them for money and should also be wary about websites where you receive hundreds of messages when you sign up as a free member. Moneywise writer Cathy Adams also suggested that people should be aware of the safety policies of the site that they are joining so that they know how to report anything potential scammers.
