London 24: “London’s Weirdest Dating Events and Agencies”

You may be surprised to know that countryside dating website Muddy Matches was dreamed up in a pub in London, well it surprised London 24 journalist Kate Nelson, who added it to a list of ‘weird’ London dating websites.
Kate said: “[Lucy and Emma]came up with the idea while nursing hangovers in London as a response to the seemingly alarming number of concrete junkie townies with aversions to mud inhabiting our city. Catering for all levels of country-lovers, the only requisite for using the site is your love of the brown stuff.”
In spite of being dreamed up in London, Muddy Matches has its roots in the countryside and is now based on a farm in rural Northamptonshire.
