‘Warts and all’ mud lover proves an ‘amazing’ match

‘If you’re a bit urghy at things, then I might not be for you.’
An agricultural, single mum, whose online dating profile graphically detailed all the harsh rural realities to expect if coupled up with her, has landed her farmer muddy match.
And he says she’s simply ‘amazing’.
With a 90% muddy score, Rebecca laid bare her farming lifestyle with 150 sheep and Hereford cattle, in a ‘warts and all’ account on Muddy Matches, in one of the muddiest dating profiles we’ve seen.
The 32-year-old, who lives on a tenanted farm in Northumberland, suggested to potential suitors that she often has animal ‘sh*te’ behind her nails, ate sandwiches whilst elbow deep in a ewe during lambing season, and would happily drink from ‘the nearest’ hose pipe across the farmyard.
“I love this way of life and wouldn’t change it for the world” she proudly posted.
Some may think it an instant dating ick, but men have flocked to message her, loving her profile. Now her mutual match Andrew, a 100% muddy, Cumbrian dairy farmer, has lapped it up.
“I’ve met a really down-to-earth girl, and she’s amazing,” he reviewed, as they confirmed they’d flown the countryside dating nest to pursue their connection offline, as a new country couple.
Rebecca and Andrew met whilst farmer dating on Muddy Matches earlier this year.
Rebecca originally joined Muddy Matches in December 2021, looking to match with someone who shared her outlook on country life. She hoped to discover someone with the ‘same passion for livestock / animals’, happy to ‘muck in’, hop in the cab for harvest time dates or ‘lend a hand in the lambing shed’.
It was no surprise then that she caught the eye of farmer Andrew, who shared his life with 250 cows. After divorce, he wanted to meet someone who enjoyed the farm life, and Rebecca fitted that bill perfectly.
They briefly messaged about Dutch spotted pedigree sheep, agricultural shows and the price of milk powder before hitting each other up on social media to let things bloom.
Everyone at Muddy Matches wishes Rebecca and Andrew the best of times together in muddy boots.
